Meet your compassionate
partner in women’s health.
Amanda is here to provide compassionate care and support through life’s most joyful and challenging moments, with personalized attention at every step.
orn and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Amanda Ibrahim moved to North Carolina in search of a warmer climate and new opportunities. After years of snowy winters, she was drawn to the beautiful beaches of North Carolina’s Outer Banks, a vacation spot she cherished as a child. Her love for the state grew, and she pursued her undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill, earning a degree in biology.
During her time at UNC, Amanda worked in a research lab but quickly realized her passion lay in patient care. She decided to obtain her EMT license and worked for two years as an EMT to gain valuable clinical experience before attending PA school at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
Amanda first discovered her love for OBGYN care during her clinical rotation at Carolina Elite Women’s Care. She was drawn to the unique balance of providing compassionate support during both the joyful and challenging moments in women’s health. From helping with sensitive issues to celebrating the growth of families, she found OBGYN care to be the perfect fit for her.
Outside of work, Amanda lives in the Triangle area with her husband, Michael, and their beloved dog, Tut. In her free time, she enjoys running, weightlifting, Peloton rides (#TeamCody), reading page-turners, and traveling—having visited 6 out of 7 continents with a goal of seeing them all. She also loves spending time with her family, especially her 4-year-old nephew, who keeps her active with trampoline park dates.
